Our Physical Therapy services include helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, disease-related disabilities, restoring balance, movement, and mobility so that they can return to enjoying the things they love in life.
Our Occupational Therapists assist patients who require help managing their daily routines related to self-care, domestic chores, and housework, as well as work and/or leisure activities. We also have Hand-Certified Occupational Therapists on staff.
Our Speech Therapists help stroke survivors with aphasia (language impairment) relearn how to use language as well as helping patients with dysphagia (swallowing disorders) improve their ability to swallow.
Medical Social Workers serve as conduits for patient access to community resources for counseling, including individual and family therapy, as well as determining needs and requirements for alternative living arrangements for patients whether that be assisted living or nursing facilities.
Registered nutritionists and dietitians collaborate with patient’s primary physicians to ensure that the patient’s nutritional needs are met. Including specialized care, disease management, and diet counseling.
Health Care Home Health Aides are paraprofessional members of the home care team working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or a Therapist to provide personal care services and assistance to the patient.
